Our Process

Our goal is to create the best possible solution for our clients. Whether it is a website, an app, an email newsletter, or a complete marketing campaign, we've found the way to achieve the best results is by following these simple steps. But, our process doesn't end at step 6. Since digital media is constantly evolving, it is important to us that we are always thinking of ways we can improve and expand upon what we have created to further grow your business. After each project is launched we evaluate, analyze and start over at step 1.

1. Explore

We get to know you and learn things like your goals, target audience, likes or dislikes, and competitive advantage. We research your industry and your competitors.


2. Plan

We take the information we've learned and develop a strategy. We create a site architecture outlining the navigation and determine required software & resources. We provide a proposal that documents a payment schedule and timeline.


3. Design

We create a visual solution and put the strategy into a design that communicates a clear message, while focusing on usability and flexibility for future growth.


4. Build

Upon design approval, we start building the site code, implement any interactivity, test and cross-browser check, and finally fill in the site content focusing on SEO.


5. Launch

After testing, testing and testing again, we finalize and polish everything. Upon approval of the staged site we transfer files to the live server. Your website is now live!


6. Evaluate

We review site analytics and traffic. We re-evaluate goals, reach, and effectiveness and determine how to improve. This then leads us back to step 1.
